PRICE: valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights.

DISCOUNTS: only applicable to third, fourth and fifth bed in single room:
children from 0 to 1 year € 15.00 for day - plus meals extra charge
from 2 to 6 years with 50% discount rate
from 7 to 12 years with 30% discount rate
up to 13 years price with 20% discount rate

PROMOTIONS: this promotion is only valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights can not be combined with each other and are valid only on the basic rate of half board:
- EARLY BOOKING: 10% discount for bookings 60 days before arrival. With the exception of Period from 4 to 25 August.
- LONG STAY: 14 nights for the price of 13, one day it's free. With the exception of Period from 4 to 25 August.
- FAMILY PLAN: 2 + 2 = 3 in quad room for children under 10 years. With the exception of Period from 4 to 25 August.

DOUBLE ROOM AS SINGLE USE: Not always available, in the event, the price plus 50% compared to the price of half board in double room.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with telephone, LCD TV, electronic safe, hairdryer, and WI-FI (at extra charge). Almost all with balcony

Check-in: The rooms are available from 02:00 pm
Check-out: The rooms have to be vacated by 10:00 am
Pets are not allowed
All rooms are non-smoking

Terms of reservation and cancellation
Reservation: • to guarantee the booking we require a deposit .
Cancellation: • In case of partial or complete cancellation up to 45 days before arrival no penalty will be charged. • In case of partial or complete cancellation after 45 days before arrival we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit sent us as on the Italian Civil Code art 1385. • In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival, will be charged the full amount as per the booking contract.
For organized groups, the cancellation conditions, are regulated differently.
