• to guarantee the booking we require a deposit "caparra".
Cancellation:
• In case of partial or complete cancellation up to 30 days before arrival no penalty will be charged.
• In case of partial or complete cancellation after 30 days before arrival we reserve the faculty to withhold the deposit "caparra" sent us as on the Italian Civil Code art 1385.
• In case of anticipated departure or delayed arrival, will be charged the full amount as per the booking contract.
Payment: for the final balance we accept cash, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card
Dear Guest, Italian money-laundering legislation (art. 49, Legislative Decree no. 231 of 21.11.2007) prohibits the use of cash in transactions when the sum involved totals €1,000 or more. It also prohibits splitting of these sums into several payments lower than the limit set.
